Based on performance reviews, the core goal is to enhance the overall performance and have development plans to create an outline for skill enhancement, career growth, and addressing any performance gaps identified during the review process.

In cases where employees are not meeting performance expectations, a structured improvement plan may be implemented. PIPs outline specific goals, timelines, and support mechanisms to help employees improve their performance.
